I am extremely disappointed with the product. I choose this product because it is a customized product and you messed up with the information. I need a replacement for the same product as the year I mentioned in my order was 2020 but it came as 2021 Which is wrong. I can not gift someone this product with the wrong information. Please help me with this.

Great graduation gift with really fast shipping to Australia. Beautiful product! The only downside is that the stand is a hole rather than indent so when picked up the glass slides through it.
